CJC-1295 DAC is generally well-tolerated with a side effect profile consistent with physiologically elevated GH levels. The most common effects are mild water retention (due to GH's anti-diuretic properties), transient peripheral tingling or numbness, and potential joint discomfort at higher doses: all of which typically resolve with dose adjustment. Unlike exogenous HGH, which can cause supraphysiological spikes, CJC-1295 stimulates endogenous GH within a physiologically modulated range, reducing the risk of IGF-1-mediated adverse effects. Blood glucose monitoring is advised for individuals with insulin sensitivity concerns.
