Before your first session
Follow these steps to use your pen correctly.
Step 01
Before you begin
- Check that the solution is clear.
- Wash your hands and disinfect the skin.
- Take a micro-needle and remove the seal.
Step 02
Attach the needle
- Place the micro-needle straight on the pen.
- Press the micro-needle straight into the pen, gently but firmly.
- Slowly turn the micro-needle clockwise until it is securely attached.
- Remove the clear cap from the micro-needle and discard the cap.
Step 03
Prepare the pen
- Remove the protective cover.
- Turn the mechanism to 25 / 30 clicks. Then push the button until you see 3-5 drops come out.
- Set the dose counter to 0, then select your dose. Your pen is ready for use.

Step 04
Injection sites
- Abdomen, away from the navel
- Upper arm or thigh.
- Side of the buttock
Step 05
Injection technique
- Set the dose selector to the desired number of clicks.
- Hold the skin between your fingers and insert the pen into the skin at a 90-degree angle.
- Press the mechanism in at approximately 1 click per second until the counter reaches 0.
- Once the dose counter reaches 0, keep the needle in place for 10 seconds, then slowly withdraw it.
Step 06
After use
- Put the protective cap back on the micro-needle.
- Store the pen in the refrigerator between 2 °C and 8 °C.
- Keep track of where and when you inject to maintain a consistent routine.
- Replace the micro-needle after 10 uses.

Troubleshooting
- Does the pen leak after the injection? Keep the pen in place longer and gently turn the pen before removing it.
- Replace the needle immediately if it is blunt, bent, or damaged.
- Contact a qualified professional if you experience side effects or unusual reactions.
