5. Ordering & Shipping Policy

6. Inspection, Evidence & Delivery Confirmation

 

6.1 Pre-Shipment Documentation

 

All shipments are photographed prior to leaving our facility to document condition, packaging, and compliance with our standards.

 

6.2 Evidence Retention

 

Photographic evidence is retained for **Fiftytwo (52) weeks** from shipment date.

 

6.3 Delivery Condition

 

Once the shipment is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers fully to the customer.
