This blend shares the tolerability profile of its two components. Ipamorelin is notable for its absence of cortisol, prolactin, or ACTH stimulation: making it one of the most side-effect-minimal secretagogues available. The most commonly reported effects are mild water retention (GH anti-diuretic effect), peripheral tingling, and occasional joint discomfort at higher doses. Without the DAC modification, CJC-1295 has a short half-life that reduces the risk of sustained side effects. Cycling with appropriate breaks is essential to maintain pituitary responsiveness.
