The side effect profile combines both components. PT-141 may cause nausea (most common, manageable with anti-emetic pre-treatment), flushing, and injection site reactions. Oxytocin may cause mild headache or transient emotional sensitivity. The combination does not interact adversely in known pharmacological pathways. Hyperpigmentation risk from PT-141 is the primary cycling-related concern and is dose- and frequency-dependent. Monitor existing moles for changes. The spray format limits systemic exposure compared to injectable administration, which reduces side effect intensity.
