Cardiogen

Cardiac Tetrapeptide Bioregulator

Cardiogen is a heart-specific tetrapeptide bioregulator that penetrates cardiomyocyte nuclei and reactivates the gene expression patterns of younger, healthier cardiac tissue, reducing fibrosis, improving contractility, and cutting arrhythmia frequency in elderly patients. It operates at the genomic level of cardiac aging, addressing causes that no conventional cardiology drug targets.

Mechanism

How Cardiogen Works

Cardiogen penetrates cardiomyocyte nuclei and binds to specific DNA regulatory sequences, activating the expression of proteins associated with myocardial contractility, mitochondrial function, and anti-fibrotic signalling. It normalises the expression of sarcomeric proteins (troponin, myosin), restores calcium-handling protein function in aged cardiac cells, and reduces the aberrant collagen deposition (cardiac fibrosis) that impairs diastolic function with age. Clinical studies in elderly populations showed improvements in cardiac output, exercise capacity, and arrhythmia reduction with regular Cardiogen administration.
