6. Orders, Invoices & Payment Conditions

 

6.1 Order Confirmation

 

Orders are binding once:

6.2 Payment Terms (Strict 7-Day Policy)

 

All invoices must be paid within seven (7) calendar days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Payment is considered completed only when funds are fully received in our designated bank account.

 

 

 

6.3 Late Payment

 

  • If payment is not received within 7 days:

 

  • Statutory default interest under Hungarian and EU law will apply.
  • A minimum late administration fee may be added.
  • Collection and legal recovery costs shall be borne by the customer.
  • Ongoing deliveries or services may be suspended immediately.
  • We reserve the right to terminate the business relationship.

 

No shipment may be dispatched without full payment unless expressly agreed.

 

 

7. Shipping & Delivery

 

7.1 Processing

 

Orders are processed on business days only.

 

7.2 Temperature-Controlled Shipping

 

Shipments may include temperature-controlled packaging designed to maintain product stability during transit.

 

7.3 Worldwide Shipping
